When do I need to arrive?
Lodging is provided from January 20–22. We kindly request your arrival at Pendry Park City by 4pm on the 20th. Travel time from SLC International to Pendry Park City is 40 minutes. If you arrive earlier in the day (before check-in), we will provide a list of recommended activities in the area that you can enjoy before the program begins.
When should I plan to depart?
We kindly request planning your departure midday on Thursday, January 22nd, after our second content session which ends at 11am. You are welcome to stay longer should you wish to enjoy more time in Park City, but you will need to secure your own accommodations.
When are check in and check out at the hotel?
Check-in begins at 4pm on Tuesday, January 20th and check-out is at 11am on Thursday, January 22nd.
Will transportation be provided?
Crux Ski Retreat will provide private transportation for all guests to and from Salt Lake City International airport, and all necessary ground transportation to dinners and scheduled activities during the event. Uber and Lyft are also available in Park City for any additional transportation needs beyond the event itinerary.

Can I rent ski or snowboard gear?
We invite you to either bring your own ski or snowboard gear with you to Crux Ski Retreat, or rent gear through the concierge. Please provide your sizes and preferences in the registration form.
Will food be provided?
All meals during Crux Ski Retreat will be provided. The Pendry also offers several on-site dining options.
What should I pack?
Park City sits at an approximately 7,000ft elevation. Please be ready for variable weather conditions and the potential of significant snowfall. We recommend you pack snow boots, dress boots, gloves, hats, multiple layers, and a reusable water bottle to ensure a comfortable mountain experience.
How do I get to Park City?
Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) is the closest major airport. If you prefer to fly privately, the nearest FBO is Signature Aviation SLC.

If you’re traveling from New York, Los Angeles, Austin, or San Francisco, the following flights arrive in time for check-in at Pendry Park City by 4:00 PM on Tuesday, January 20th. Travel time from Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) to the resort is approximately 45 minutes.

These flights are simply suggestions to help you plan your arrival. Our private transportation team will meet you at the airport and provide transfers to Pendry Park City regardless of which flights you choose. Once you’ve booked your travel, please share your flight details in the registration form so we can coordinate your ground transportation.
