When DO I NEED TO ARRIVE?
Lodging is provided from February 7–10. We kindly request your arrival at The Observatory, A Viceroy Resort by 3:00 PM on Sunday, February 7th. Travel time from Friedman Memorial Airport (SUN) to The Observatory is approximately 25 minutes. If you arrive earlier in the day (before check-in), we will provide a list of recommended activities in the area that you can enjoy before the program begins.
WHEN SHOULD I PLAN TO DEPART?
We kindly request planning your departure midday on Wednesday, February 10th, after our second content session which ends at 11:00 AM. You are welcome to stay longer should you wish to enjoy more time in Ketchum, but you will need to secure your own accommodations.
WHEN ARE CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT AT THE HOTEL?
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM on Sunday, February 7th, and check-out is at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, February 10th.
WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED?
Crux Ski Retreat will provide private transportation for all guests to and from Friedman Memorial Airport (SUN), as well as all necessary ground transportation to dinners and scheduled activities during the event. Uber and Lyft are also available in Ketchum for any additional transportation needs beyond the event itinerary.

These flights are simply suggestions to help you plan your arrival. Our private transportation team will meet you at the airport and provide transfers to The Observatory, A Viceroy Resort regardless of which flights you choose. Once you’ve booked your travel, please share your flight details in the Welcome Questionnaire so we can coordinate your ground transportation.

CAN I RENT SKI OR SNOWBOARD GEAR?
We invite you to either bring your own ski or snowboard gear with you to Crux Ski Retreat, or rent gear through the concierge. Please provide your sizes and preferences in the registration form.
WILL FOOD BE PROVIDED?
All meals during Crux Ski Retreat will be provided. The Observatory, A Viceroy Resort also offers several on-site dining options.
What should i pack?
Ketchum sits at an approximately 5,800-foot elevation. Please be ready for variable weather conditions and the potential of significant snowfall. We recommend you pack snow boots, dress boots, gloves, hats, multiple layers, and a reusable water bottle to ensure a comfortable mountain experience.
